The first stage in curriculum competence is to be clear on your ethos, vision and aims with regards to each subject. If you want to be proficient in understanding a subject and managing its effective delivery, you must develop your vision for teaching this subject, and your methods and procedures for measuring the successful impact of teaching.
These policies, written by The CSC, are designed for Charedi schools, and are a very valuable starting point for an Ofsted deep dive in a specific subject. It is an essential documents for governors, head teachers and curriculum heads to read and to tweak to make more specific for their school.
